Terms of Service

1. Service. Azzucar is an AI content generation platform providing images, video, voice, music, marketing copy, and translation via a credit system.

2. Account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your account credentials.

3. Payments & credits. The Azzucar plan is €29/month and includes 700 credits per month. A valid promotion code (currently "azzucardeal") may reduce the recurring price to €15/month. Credit packs are €9.99 per 500 credits and are available only to accounts with an active Azzucar plan subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. To protect service stability, after each payment (new subscription, renewal or credit pack) usage is limited to 100 credits per day for the following 7 days; any unused balance unlocks automatically after that period. Unused credits roll over from month to month while your subscription is active. They are forfeited when your subscription ends, including credits earned through the referral program; you can use them until the end of the period you have paid for. Referral bonus credits (see our referral program) are released 5 days after the qualifying payment.

4. Refunds. All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once added to your account. Technical failures during generation automatically return credits. If a payment is nevertheless refunded or disputed, the credits granted for that payment, and any referral reward linked to it, are withdrawn from the accounts concerned (never below a zero balance).

5. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for illegal content, spam, abuse, harassment, or to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property. You own all content you generate on Azzucar, including a full commercial license.

7. Limitation of liability. Azzucar is not liable for how generated content is used. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

8. Availability. We use best effort to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime.

9. Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
