Terms of Service

1. Service. Azzucar is an AI content generation platform providing images, video, voice, music, marketing copy, and translation via a credit system.

2. Account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your account credentials.

3. Payments & credits. The Azzucar plan is €29/month and includes 700 credits per month plus 5 credits every day. A valid promotion code (currently "azzucardeal") may reduce the recurring price to €15/month. Credit packs are €9.99 per 500 credits. Prices are shown at checkout.

4. Refunds. All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once added to your account. Technical failures during generation automatically return credits.

5. Acceptable use. You may not use the service for illegal content, spam, abuse, harassment, or to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property. You own all content you generate on Azzucar, including a full commercial license.

7. Limitation of liability. Azzucar is not liable for how generated content is used. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

8. Availability. We use best effort to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime.

9. Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
