DMCA Copyright Takedown Policy

Overview. Azzucar respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent EU law.

How to submit a takedown notice. Send your notice by email to support@azzucar.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Request.

Required information. A valid notice must include:

• Your full legal name;
• Your contact information (email address, and postal address or phone number);
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The URL or other precise location of the allegedly infringing content;
• A good faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Response time. We review complete notices and act within 5 business days, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content.

Counter-notification. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification". It must include your contact details, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant initiates legal action.

Repeat infringers. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated, without refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
