Refund Policy

All sales final. Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable.

Credits. Once credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable.

Technical failures. If a generation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically returned to your account within minutes.

Duplicate charges. Contact support@azzucar.com within 7 days with the subject "Billing Issue" for review.

Chargebacks. Disputing a valid charge may result in account suspension.

Response time. We respond to billing disputes within 3 business days.
